Syensqo Paris Site Receives Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX) certification
Syensqo R&I site recognized as a safe and trusted partner for the automotive value chain
Syensqo’s research and innovation site in Paris (Aubervilliers), France is one of the first in the chemical industry to achieve the TISAX certification, which guarantees the protection of shared sensitive data. This information security assessment (ISA) certification is required in the EMEA region by the VDA, the German Association of the Automotive Industry. With more than 400 employees, the Syensqo’s R&I center in Paris (Aubervilliers) develops a combination of expertise and capabilities in inorganic, organic, polymer and physical chemistry, with a strong track record of sustainable innovation answering customers’ needs.
In the automotive sector, the site innovates in the field of next generation batteries, additives to stabilize membranes in fuel cells, lubricants for steel cord as well as metal protection and anti corrosion solutions. Syensqo takes information security, such as data protection and connections with third parties, very seriously and, in achieving this certification, is proud to demonstrate its commitment to the automotive industry.

The company’s R&I site in Alpharetta, Georgia (USA) will receive the certification in early 2024, and Syensqo expects to add more sites in due course.
