Clear the Stage for Injection Molding And Automation: Kraussmaffei Opens New Showroom at Parsdorf

• Wide range of new and used machines in the clamping force range from 500 to 13,000 kN
• From individual machines to complete solutions including automation
• Expandable with additional options if required
• Extremely short delivery times and new financing model flexPay

With the new showroom at the new Parsdorf site, KraussMaffei offers its customers a large selection of all-electric and hydraulic injection molding machines and the associated automation solutions, which are ready for immediate delivery. A further advantage: Customers can inspect and test the right injection molding solution on site and add additional functions if required.

The new showroom at Parsdorf currently comprises around 25 KraussMaffei injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 500 to 13,000 kN. The number varies depending on current demand. “The response to the new showroom has been very positive. In addition to the large selection and fast delivery times, our customers appreciate the close proximity to the KraussMaffei TechCenter. Here they can test additional options directly and optimize the process,” explains Marco Gruber, Director Application & Process Engineering at KraussMaffei. In the future, KraussMaffei plans to expand the showroom step by step in order to offer its customers the best possible selection and support.

State-of-the-art new machines and young used machines

The new showroom currently offers both new and used machines from the all-electric PX and precisionMolding injection molding machine series as well as the hydraulic CX, GX and powerMolding series. The new machines on offer are equipped with the latest KraussMaffei technology and are available both as individual stand-alone machines and as system solutions including automation. On request, they can be individually expanded with additional functions. “For example, with the small CX and PX machines, customers can choose between two different screw diameters and up to three different versions in terms of wear protection. This gives them a customized plasticizing solution for their application,” explains Jörg Wittgrebe, Director Sales Territory EMEA, India, Australia at KraussMaffei.

If a customer does not have the opportunity to be on site in Parsdorf, it is always possible to view and order the injection molding machines and robots in stock via the digital KraussMaffei Marketplace. In addition, new machines and young used machines from the international subsidiaries are listed here. Interested parties can thus chose and compare from a wide range of available machines and benefit from extremely short delivery times.

Pay-per-use on request

With the new flexPay financing model, KraussMaffei offers another attractive option for the new showroom machines. The customer only pays for the actual output of the machine, which in turn increases flexibility and reduces production costs. If the order situation fluctuates, for example if an order is suddenly canceled, the costs incurred are reduced by up to 80% compared to conventional financing. At the end of the pre-defined term, the machine can be taken over.
